OFFICER-IN-CHARGE
Ms. Ma.
Luisa M. Gabriel, MIS Director was appointed as the
Letran – Smart Infoboard
Officer-in-Charge
starting July 3, 2012.
As Infoboard In-charge,
Ms. Gabriel is designated to text official announcements
to the Letran community via Smart Infoboard.
The Smart Infoboard is a web-based customer relations
management service that allows Letran to:

Provide information (advisories, announcements, etc)
through text broadcast;
-
Conduct polls and surveys; and
-
Provide user-specific data (access to grades, account
details, etc)
It is a wireless solution that
is convenient, cost-effective, and efficient.
It allows the Colegio to
broadcast timely advisories particularly suspension of
classes during typhoons or other unexpected events. The
Infoboard can also be used as an effective communication
tool to announce activities and reminders to the Letran
community.
Should you have any advisories / announcements, you may
coordinate with Ms. Gabriel.
To receive text advisories, register your SMART SIM
card with the MIS Department.
For non-SMART users, you may get a SIM card from
the representatives of SMART.
