Vision and Mission

In line with the Colegio’s mission, the institute commits to provide tourism and hotel and restaurant management education imbued with Christian values. The Institute endeavors to produce globally competitive graduates in the field of tourism and hospitality through competency-based curriculum, industry-simulated facilities and specialized instruction.

The Tourism & Hotel and Restaurant Management Institute envisions itself to be the School of International Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management and the Center of Development in Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management in the region in the year 2020.

BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management
The Bachelor in Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management is a 4-year degree program engaged in the training and development of essential knowledge and skills on the technical, managerial and administrative functions as well as the formation of the right values for those involved in the commmercial and institutional food and lodging operations.

Industry Employment
Graduates of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management have the opportunity to apply for the following positions Banquet Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, Head Waiter, Assistant Cook and Restaurant Manager.

BS in Tourism Management
The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management is a 4-year degree program engaged in the taining and development of essential knowledge and skills on the technical, managerial and administrative functions as well as the formation of the right values for those involved in the Tourism Industry.

Industry Employment
Graduates of BS Tourism Management have the opportunity to apply for the following positions: Local Tourism Officer, Tour Coordinator, Airline Flight Attendant, Tour Escort, Tourism Office Manager, Owner of Tourism Enterprise, Tourism Consultant/Adviser, Office Manager Of Government offices related to tourism.

Commercial Cooking NC II
This Course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of any kitchen staff on food preparation. It includes competencies such as clean kitchen areas, cook hot and cold meals, and prepare portion and plate meat or food to guests in hotel, motel, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines cruises.

Food and Beverage Service NC II
This cours is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies on cleaning bar areas, operating a bar, preparing and mixing of cocktails, providing link between kitchen and service areas, providing room service, providing food and beverage service, developing and updating of food and beverage knowledge and providing wine services

Household Services NC II
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of Household Services in accordance with industry standards. It covers specialized competencies such as: clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet, wash and iron clothes, line, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals/food, and provide food and beverage service.
