This Course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of any kitchen staff on food preparation. It includes competencies such as clean kitchen areas, cook hot and cold meals, and prepare portion and plate meat or food to guests in hotel, motel, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines cruises.
Food and Beverage Service NC II
This cours is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies on cleaning bar areas, operating a bar, preparing and mixing of cocktails, providing link between kitchen and service areas, providing room service, providing food and beverage service, developing and updating of food and beverage knowledge and providing wine services
Household Services NC II
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of Household Services in accordance with industry standards. It covers specialized competencies such as: clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet, wash and iron clothes, line, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals/food, and provide food and beverage service.
