Letran Calamba’s Mental Health in the Workplace Seminar brought together administrators, employees, and faculty members for an insightful and empowering discussion on fostering well-being in today’s fast-changing environment. With the theme “Resilience in Action: Access, Connection, and Hope in a Changing World,” the session highlighted the importance of creating supportive spaces, recognizing early signs of stress, and cultivating healthy coping strategies.

Through meaningful conversations and expert guidance, the seminar strengthened the community’s commitment to mental wellness—reminding every Letranite that resilience grows when we stay connected, seek help without hesitation, and uplift one another. Together, we continue building a campus where mental health is valued, protected, and nurtured.
