𝗟𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

In a recent display of unified leadership, the Administration of Letran Calamba convened a two-day planning session from February 26-27,2026 held at St. Joseph Hall, Letran Calamba. This significant event was designed to foster collaboration and ensure that all departmental initiatives aligned with the Colegio's overarching goals for Academic Year 2026-2027.

The session provided a platform for constructive dialogue, during which each department presented its operational plans. This was followed by an open exchange of perspectives to harmonize strategies and build a collective consensus.

The Rector's Council played a pivotal role by providing strategic guidance throughout the proceedings. The council, under the leadership of Rector and President Rev. Fr. Roman L. Santos, O.P., included Vice President for Religious Education, Mission, and Identity Rev. Fr. Lauro G. de Dios, O.P.; Vice President for Administration and Finance Rev. Fr. Ariel T. Adolfo, O.P.; Vice President for Academics Dr. Floricon V. Encabo; Assistant Vice President for Finance Rev. Fr. Rambang Ngawan, O.P.; and Assistant Vice President for Administration Ms. Eloisa A. Genota.

The event was capably facilitated by Dr. Ma. Xenia Z. Bitera, Senior Director for Research, Quality Management, and Planning, and Ms. Maria Morena M. Tamayo, Assistant Director of the Planning Office.

The successful conclusion of this session underscores the Letran Calamba community's shared commitment to a productive and collaborative future, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming academic year.
