Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba recently held its esteemed Gawad Parangal awards ceremony, a significant annual event dedicated to celebrating and honoring the enduring legacy and profound impact of its dedicated Administrators, esteemed Faculty members, and committed Employees. Through these prestigious awards, the institution formally recognizes the immeasurable value of their unwavering dedication, tireless service, and significant contributions to the growth and success of Letran Calamba.
This year's Gawad Parangal ceremony held special significance as it highlighted several key areas of achievement and service within the Colegio community. Notably, recipients of the National Research Grant Award were acknowledged for their outstanding contributions to scholarly work and the advancement of knowledge. The Excellent Faculty members were also celebrated for their exceptional teaching skills, their commitment to student development, and their overall positive impact on the academic environment. Furthermore, the Retirees, who have dedicated many years of their professional lives to the service of Letran Calamba, were honored for their long-standing commitment and the lasting legacy they leave behind.
A particularly special moment of the ceremony involved the presentation of a Plaque of Appreciation to the former Rector and President of the Colegio, the Very Reverend Father Napoleon M. Encarnacion O.P.
