Admission Requirements
ORIGINAL
- Transcript of Records (1 original copy) – Remarks must be: for Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba Copy or Further Studies
- Certificate of eligibility to Transfer (1 original copy) - from your previous school
- ID Picture (2x2 size, 3 copies)
SOFT COPY or HARD COPY (with clear complete details)
- Application for Admission to the Graduate School (Form: 14:00-00-FO-01)
- Letter of Recommendation (2 copies, Form: 14:00-00-FO-03) - should be filled out by your immediate superior and the other copy by your former professor
SOFT COPY or PHOTOCOPY (readable)
- Birth Certificate (PSA, 1 soft/photocopy)
- Marriage contract for married female (PSA 1 soft/photocopy)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENT APPLICANT
- Official Transcript of Records (Original)
- Original copy of the Transcript of Records with date of graduation. (If submitting a photocopy, it must be a certified true copy.) - Remarks must be: for Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba Copy or Further Studies
- For applicants who studied outside the Philippines: Philippine Embassy-authenticated or apostilled original copies of the Transcript of Records.
- Note: Please ensure that the Official Transcript of Records is duly certified.
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal (Original)
- Certificate of Eligibility to Pursue Graduate Studies (Original)
- This certificate may be secured from any of the following:
- (a) The school where the applicant earned their collegiate degree(s)
- (b) The applicant’s country’s Ministry of Education or its equivalent
- (c) The Philippine Embassy in the applicant’s country of origin
Other Requirements:
Minimum Requirement of Baccalaureate Degree
For Master’s Program
- Bachelor’s Degree Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or its equivalent
- At least one (1) year of work experience
For Doctoral Program
- Master’s Degree Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1.75 or its equivalent
- Preferably at least three (3) years of work experience

- First Trimester
- Regular Enrollment: September 10-12, 2025
- Late Enrollment: September 15-19 & 22-23, 2025
- Start of Classes: September 13, 2025
- End of Classes: December 20, 2025

- Second Trimester
- Regular Enrollment: January 15-16, 2026
- Late Enrollment: January 19-27 & 29-30, 2026
- Start of Classes: January 17, 2026
- End of Classes: April 25, 2026

- Third Trimester
- Regular Enrollment: May 6-8, 2026
- Late Enrollment: May 11-14 & 18-22, 2026
- Start of Classes: May 9, 2026
